Rocks along the shore have many attributes. They are essential habitat for many encrusting organisms and juvenile fish. They slow erosion and are a pretty sight to behold. On a foggy day or night, they can also mean the demise of many a vessel. Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico, is one of the most beautiful rocky shores.
