Pailón Del Diablo (the Devil’s Cauldron, advertised as the 8th wonder of the world) is a large waterfall at the small community of Río Verde near Baños and Ambato, Ecuador in northwestern South America. The river Río Verde hurdles through a gorge into the Río Pastaza creating thunderous noise and mist.
